It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood?!

Yeah right…don’t get me started

If you live here in this city of lights

You might say it’s ironic

Because so many love the darkness

And everything they stood for on the day

That they first took the oath…

So instead of a ringing bell

Now it’s a running joke

Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save both yourself and your hearers.

Tu Papa Tambien (And Your Father Too...)

Happy Father's Day, to all of the Fathers and to the rising generations of Godly young men who are aspiring to be fathers themselves someday...

May we also be thankful on this day to our Heavenly Father. May he continue to raise up men after his own heart who will walk in his statutes. May you all continue to be conformed in the likeness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ until he returns.

Mind you, I don't really have a lot to say because I sort of ended up covering the whole thing on mother's day...so how about a movie (or two)?! Enjoy!

I thank God for all of the wonderful Christian men that have graced my path and been such an influence on me in the absence of my own paternal father. You have my deepest gratitude.

And a special thanks to Keith Kerr for putting up with me in my capricious youth (and yes, I actually talk that way, Keith).
